法国和欧洲共同体执业律师、北京仲裁委员会仲裁员，中国国际贸易促进委员会“培训项目专家咨询委员会”委员，北京市律师协会仲裁专业委员会副主任。
 

曾撰写多部著作，如《在华外国自然人国际私法问题》（法文版）、《中国外商投资的最新发展》（英文版）等，并译著夏尔·卢梭的《武装冲突法》等。
