居晓林律师是段和段律师事务所合伙人，该所香港办公室负责人。
居律师于1998年毕业于北京大学法学院（即原北京大学法律学系），于2001年取得律师资格证，于2002年取得律师执业证。居律师现为上海律师协会会员和香港律师会会员。
居律师的执业领域包括公司和商事法、外商直接投资、资本市场、兼并与收购、知识产权、房地产以及国际商事诉讼和仲裁。居律师尤其擅长提供复杂的跨境商事争议解决法律服务，曾多次代理境内外客户处理在中国大陆以及香港、新加坡、英国、美国等地进行的跨境商事诉讼和仲裁案件，熟悉跨境诉讼和仲裁的协调和安排。居律师主办和参与的跨境商事诉讼和仲裁案件包括一家中国著名的保龄球设备制造商与一家美国公司之间在香港进行的有关供应和分销合同、争议金额超过3亿美元的国际仲裁案，两家中国上市公司与一家著名法国银行之间在香港高等法院进行的有关外汇交易、争议金额超过亿元的诉讼，一家中国国有石化集团与一家挪威公司之间在英国进行的有关石油钻井平台管理合同、争议金额达数千万美元的国际仲裁案，上海一家著名豆制品企业与一家韩国上市公司在香港进行的有关合资合同纠纷的国际商会仲裁案，一家著名的法国酒业公司与一家中国国有企业之间在香港进行的有关股权转让协议的国际商会仲裁案，一家中国领先的民营火电控制系统提供商与一家美国财富500强公司之间在香港进行的有关股权转让协议、争议金额近3000万美元的国际仲裁案，一家中国领先的国有电力工程公司与一家香港公司之间在香港进行的争议标额达数千万美元的国际仲裁案，一家瑞典公司与一家中国公司之间在上海法院进行的、争议金额近2亿元人民币的合资合同纠纷诉讼案，一起在浙江省杭州市中级人民法院进行的新加坡仲裁裁决承认和执行案等。
此外，居律师在知识产权领域具有非常丰富的经验，代理或协助芝华士、马爹利、保乐力加、3M等众多国际知名品牌在中国的知识产权保护，并处理多起与此有关的民事、行政乃至刑事案件以及非争议性的项目。尤值一提的是，居律师曾协助英国芝华士兄弟公司所拥有的“芝华士/CHIVAS REGAL”品牌于2009年在一起商标异议程序中获得了中国国家工商行政管理总局商标局作出的“中国驰名商标”认定，这是外国酒类品牌在中国第一次通过商标行政程序被认定为驰名商标。
居律师于2002年加入段和段律师事务所，并于2008年前往香港，担任段和段香港办公室负责人。在加入段和段之前，1998年至2001年，他在中国航空集团（浙江）公司任职；2001年至2002年，在泰和律师事务所上海分所执业。
居律师于2009年被评为上海浦东新区十大杰出青年律师。

Mr. Jason Ju

Jason Ju is a partner of Duan & Duan and head of its Hong Kong Office.Mr. Ju graduated from the Law School (formerly known as Faculty of Law) of Peking University in 1998. He was qualified in 2001 and admitted to the bar in 2002. Mr. Ju is a member of Shanghai Bar Association and the Law Society of Hong Kong.
Mr. Ju’s practice areas include corporate and commercial, foreign direct investment, merger and acquisition, intellectual property, real estate and international commercial arbitration and litigation. Mr. Ju specializes in providing legal services in complex cross border commercial disputes resolution and has represented many domestic and overseas clients in dealing with the cross border commercial arbitration and litigation in Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom and the United States, etc, and he is familiar with the liaison and coordination in the cross border commercial arbitration and litigation proceedings. Mr. Ju has handled and involved in a large number of cross border commercial arbitration and litigation cases, including an international arbitration in Hong Kong between a famous Chinese bowling equipment manufacturer and a US company in relation to a supply and worldwide distribution agreement concerning an amount of over 300 million US dollars in dispute, lawsuits between two Chinese listed companies and a famous French bank in the High Court of Hong Kong in relation to foreign exchange transactions concerning an amount of over RMB 100 million in dispute, an international arbitration in UK between a Chinese state-owned petrochemical group and a Norwegian company in relation to an oil rig management agreement concerning an amount of tens of millions of US dollars in dispute, an ICC arbitration in Hong Kong between a famous Shanghai soybean company and a Korean listed company in relation to joint venture contract dispute, an ICC arbitration in Hong Kong between a famous French spirits group and a Chinese state-owned enterprise in relation to a share transfer agreement, an international arbitration in Hong Kong between a leading Chinese private enterprise in the area of thermal power plant control system and a US Fortune 500 corporation in relation to a share transfer agreement concerning an amount of approximately 30 million US dollars in dispute, an international arbitration in Hong Kong between a leading Chinese state-owned power station constructor and a Hong Kong company concerning an amount of tens of millions of US dollars in dispute, a civil action before a Shanghai court between a famous Swedish door group and a Chinese company in relation to a joint venture contract dispute concerning an amount of approximately RMB 200 million in dispute, and a Singapore arbitral award recognition and enforcement proceeding in the Hangzhou Municipal Intermediate People’s Court, etc.
In addition, Mr. Ju has extensive experience in the intellectual property field. He has represented or assisted many international famous brands such as Chivas Regal, Martell, Pernod Ricard and 3M in the protection of intellectual property rights in China and has dealt with a large number of related civil, administrative and even criminal cases as well as non-contentious matters in this area. In particular, Mr. Ju helped Chivas Brothers Limited of UK obtain a well-known trademark recognition from the Trademark Office of Chinese State General Administration for Industry and Commerce for its CHIVAS REGAL brand in 2009 in the trademark opposition proceedings. This is the first well-known trademark recognition granted to a foreign spirits brand through administrative proceedings in China.
Mr. Ju joined Duan & Duan in 2002 and relocated to Hong Kong in 2008 to be in charge of its new Hong Kong Office. Prior to that, Mr. Ju worked for China National Aviation Corporation (Zhejiang) between 1998 and 2001 and then practiced at JC Master Law Offices Shanghai Branch between 2001 and 2002.
Mr. Ju was selected as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Young Lawyers of Pudong New Area of Shanghai in 2009.
