经历：
1986年毕业于沈阳冶金机械学院。后毕业于上海海事大学，获涉外经济法法学硕士学位。
1986年8月至1999年10月，在宝钢集团浦东钢铁集团技术、外贸、投资和海运等工作。
1999年10月起，先后在宝钢国际贸易总公司担任法律顾问负责公司营运过程中有关法律问题的处理以及交易风险控制、在美国Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly律师事务所任法律顾问从事外商投资、国际贸易、贸易救济等领域的法律事务。 
代理了200多起国际贸易、海事海商案件国家仲裁及诉讼案件；参与和代理了20多起外商投资企业的设立和境外投资项目的法律服务；代理和参与了涉及欧盟、美国、加拿大、印度、澳大利亚、土耳其、阿根廷、秘鲁、巴西、俄罗斯、泰国等国家发起的100多起反倾销、反补贴、保障措施等贸易救济调查案件；代理和协助助理10余起并购项目经营者集中申报事宜。在案件处理过程中，能结合自己丰富的外贸实践经验、对法律的适度把握以及严谨的工作态度，为客户获得满意结果而赢得客户一致好评。
曾经十多次应邀作为专家为中国商务部、地方商务厅、和商协会举办的贸易救济和国际贸易法律培训班讲课。 
专业著作：
《中国应对国外贸易壁垒最新实务指南》一书副主任委员。曾负责《中国冶金报》国际贸易法专栏；在《国际商报》、《中国航运周刊》等专业报纸、书籍和杂志上发表50多篇关于国际贸易、海商海事法律、反倾销等方面的文章。 
课题研究：
商务部公平贸易局关于“应对拉美地区贸易摩擦专项研究”等课题。

Experience:
Mr. Zhang graduated from Shenyang Metallurgical Engineering College in 1986, and obtained a masters degree of foreign trade law from Shanghai Maritime University in 1999. Currently, Mr. Zhang is an Adjunct Professor at Shanghai Maritime University.
From August, 1986 until January, 1992, Mr. Zhang was an Engineer for the Shanghai Pudong Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. of Baosteel Group. From February, 1992 to October, 1999, he was an international businessman in the Import Department of Shanghai Pudong Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. of Baosteel Group, and later as manager of Marketing, Shipping, and Export Departments respectively, in charge of trade, ocean transportation, L/C, customs declaration, FTZ entrepot trade, international and domestic tendering & bidding, and handling cases and disputes with foreign elements. During this period, Mr. Zhang studied public accounting. After entering the legal profession in October, 1999, Mr. Zhang served in several capacities. He was legal counsel for Shanghai Baosteel International Trade Corporation where he was in charge of handling legal issues and transactional risks during company operations. Mr. Zhang later served as a foreign legal advisor to the United States based law firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly focusing on foreign investment, international trade and trade remedies. Mr. Zhang has handled in litigation or arbitration over two-hundred cases covering international trade, admiralty & maritime. He participated in and provided legal service to over twenty projects relating to the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises and FDI, and was entrusted to handle over one hundred anti-dumping cases resulting from investigations launched by the European Union, United States, Canada, India, Australia, Turkey, Argentina, Peru, Brazil, Russia, Thailand and other countries. He has dealt and assisted more than ten cases regarding concentration notification issues. In the course of handling these matters, Mr. Zhang earned a stellar reputation among his clients as someone who is extremely experienced in foreign trade practice, knows the law and has an incomparable work ethic in achieving results for his clients. He has addressed in the training seminars held by China MOFCOM, Local MOFCOM, chambers, and Associations for more than 10 times.
Publications:The vice-chairman of the book The Latest Practice Guide on China’s Response to Foreign Trade Barriers.Mr. Zhang has authored more than fifty articles in international trade law, admiralty and maritime law and antidumping law which were published in International Commerce, China Shipping Weekly, MOFCOM Online Library and other professional newspapers, books and magazines.
