詹昊律师，北京安杰律师事务所合伙人。武汉大学法学学士、法学硕士，“中国——欧盟司法与法律合作项目”公派留学人员，北京大学法学博士，特华博士后工作站经济学博士后。现担任中央财经大学法律硕士导师；中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员；中华全国律师协会国际业务委员会副主任；中国保险行业协会交强险专家委员会副主任。

Zhan Hao, Managing Partner of AnJie Law Firm, LL.B. and LL.M in Wuhan University, participator in the China-EU Judiciary and Legal Cooperation program undertook by Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Justice of P.R.C, PhD in Peking University and Post Doctor researcher on microeconomics at Tehua Post Doctor Workstation.
Dr Zhan is an adjunct Professor of University of Central Finance and Economics, an Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), a Vice President of International Committee of All China Lawyers Association, a Vice President of Professional Committee of Compulsory Traffic Accident Liability Insurance of China Insurance Association.

Competition & Anti-trust Law:  
Dr. Zhan Hao’s service areas cover: merger filing, defense for administrative investigation of monopoly agreements, abuse of dominant position, antitrust private ligation and antitrust compliance. His client base includes not only domestic companies, but those from United States, UK, Germany, Spain, Canada, Australia, Japan, France, India, Switzerland and etc. 
Dr. Zhan is the Chinese antitrust lawyer having both PhD in law and extensive experience in post-doctor microeconomics research. Dr. Zhan has authored a number of academic books and papers on Anti-Monopoly Law, published by LexisNexis and Chinese leading legal presses, such as The practice of Merger & Acquisition under the Chinese Anti-Monopoly Law: Legal Analysis, Case Study and Practical Guideline on the Concentration of undertakings, etc. He has been invited by Chinese government authorities to participate in drafting regulations on target monopoly agreements and abuse of dominant position.

Insurance & Re-insurance:
Dr. Zhan Hao’s service areas cover: insurance claim, litigation and arbitration concerning insurance subrogation, mergers and acquisitions concerning insurance companies, establishment of domestic and overseas insurance organizations, utilization of insurance fund, insurance companies’ compliance, development of insurance products, corporate governance within an insurance company, issuing of subordinated debt of insurance company, enterprises annuity and IPO for insurance companies. In legal and compliance affairs of insurance companies, he has given legal services such as establishing the trusteeship of enterprise annuity, providing feasibility demonstration, providing legal counseling, providing Due Diligence Reports etc. for companies such as MAPFRE, SwissRe, Zurich. In insurance litigation and arbitration, he has represented clients such as PICC, Ping An ,Huatai and China Life. In investment and financing, he has assisted insurance companies on its overseas private equity projects and the utilization of the insurance fund.

Dr. Zhan Hao has handled many major and complicated cases and has abundant experience in international arbitration. He acted as the legal counsel for numerous arbitration cases in China, UK, France, Singapore, Stockholm and Japan etc, and helped foreign clients to get foreign arbitrary rewards recognized and enforced in China.
