吴国权 律师

吴律师现为北京德恒（广州）律师事务所主任、管理合伙人。

吴律师1981年9月至1985年7月在西南政法大学法律系学习获颁法学学士学位，1985年9月至1987年7月在中国政法大学研究生院经济法专业学习，获颁法学硕士学位；1987年7月至1995年5月在中国国际经济贸易促进委员会广东省分会法律事务部从事涉外法律服务工作，任职科长，期间于1990年10月至1991年3月公派在香港中国法律服务（香港）有限公司工作学习，于1993年参与创办国资性质的广东国际经贸律师事务所任副主任。

吴律师1995年6月辞去公职创办合伙制广东至信忠诚律师事务所任主任，2007年加盟北京德恒（广州）律师事务所任主任，至今从事执业律师已逾26年，积累了三十多年的法律服务实践经验。并多次作为中国法律专家证人在中国人民共和国香港特别行政区高等法院出庭作证并提供中国法律意见。

Mr.Wu Guoquan, Attorney-at-Law in the People’s Republic of China

Mr.Wu Guoquan is a Director and Managing Partner of Beijing DeHeng Law Offices (Guangzhou)

Mr. Wu obtained his LLB degree from the Southwest University of Political Science and Law (September 1981 July 1985) and his LLM degree in Economic Law from the China University of Political Science and Law (September 1985 – July 1987).

Mr Wu’s prior professional experience includes:

- Section Chief of Legal Department of CCPIT (CCOIC) Guangdong Sub-council from 1987 to 1995; during the period 1990 to 1991 Mr Wu was was governmentally-funded to study and work at China Legal Service (H.K.) Ltd. in Hong Kong.

- Deputy Director of Guangdong International Economic & Trade Law Office, the subordinate institution of the CCPIT (CCOIC) Guangdong Subcouncil, from 1993 to 1995.

- Director and Managing Partner of Guangdong ZhiXinZhongCheng Law Firm from 1995 to 2007.

- Director and Managing Partner of Beijing DeHeng Law Offices (Guangzhou) from 2007 to present.
