黄晖律师自2003年专职海商海事及涉外法律事务以来，代理近千起各类型海商海事案件，不少案件是我国海事司法历史上重大和颇具影响力的案件，其中最高人民法院公开开庭审理并同步现场直播的“加百利”轮海难救助合同纠纷再审案被最高人民法院评和中央电视台选为“2016推动法治进程十大案件”以及“2016年中国海事审判十大典型案例”，该案还同时入选广州海事法院服务保障“一国两制”下香港回归20周年十大典型案件，以及成功入选国际权威专业法律经典文献《劳氏法律报告》2016年第七卷。黄晖律师因为该起案件的成功代理还接受了《东方时空》、《今日说法》、《法制日报》、《中国审判》、《庭审现场之大法官开庭》等杂志和新闻媒体的采访和报道。

黄晖律师富有涉外案件处理经验，除在国内法院及仲裁机构代理涉外案件外，还参与处理了数起国外商事案件及国际海事仲裁案件，黄晖律师多次作为中国法律问题的专家证人到纽约、伦敦、香港、新加坡和巴拿马等地法院和国际仲裁庭出庭，均取得了委托人满意的诉讼及仲裁结果。

黄晖律师自2011年至2018年连续被钱伯斯评选为“年度顶尖海商海事律师”，黄晖律师还因数起涉外案件的成功代理而多次荣获广州市律师协会“业务成果奖”。

Since 2003 when he started practice specializing in maritime law and resolution of international commercial disputes, Huang Hui has represented numerous international and domestic clients in resolving nearly 1,000 maritime related disputes that encompass every aspect of maritime law, with a significant number of highly complex and most influential court cases in the history of maritime law and judicial practice in China, including Nanhai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Transport of the People’s Republic of China v. Archangelos Investments E.N.E. where an open hearing was held by the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China and was broadcast live on the Internet. The high-profile salvage case was selected by the Supreme People’s Court of the People’s Republic of China and published by China Central Television as one of the “10 Landmark Court Cases of 2016” and one of the “10 Typical Maritime Cases of 2016”. It was also one of the “Top 10 Typical Court Cases on the Twentieth Anniversary of Hong Kong’s Return” selected by Guangzhou Maritime Court and was included in Lloyd’s Law Reports [2016] Vol7). Huang Hui was invited to interviews by China Central Television news programs including Oriental Horizon, Legal Report and Court Hearing Scene and law journals such as China Trial Journal for successfully handling the case.

Huang Hui has extensive experience in international commercial dispute resolution. Apart from having resolved numerous cases involving foreign elements through litigation or arbitration in China, he has also participated in an impressive number of commercial cases in foreign courts or arbitration tribunals. He has been to courts or arbitration tribunals in regions such as New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Panama as expert witness in Chinese law and assisted his clients in obtaining very satisfactory results.

From 2011 to 2018, Huang Hui has been consecutively recommended as a “Leading Lawyer” in Shipping in Southern China by Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide. He has also won a couple of “Annual Achievement” awards presented by Guangzhou Lawyers Association for his successful handling of foreign-related cases.
