Work Experience

First-level lawyer. He has been engaging in law practice since 1994, and has handled more than 1500 cases. He served as a director of Jilin Decheng Law Firm, a director of Dalian Huanghai Law Firm, a director of Beijing Jianyuan Law Firm and a director of Beijing Jinghan Law Firm. On January 19, 1999, he was awarded as an excellent lawyer of Jilin province. Beijing Jianyuan Law Firm, which was once managed by him, is a national excellent Law Firm. In December 2010, he was awarded as Beijing preferred lawyer by Beijing Judicial Bureau. In January 2011, he was awarded as an excellent lawyer for criminal defense by Beijing Lawyers Association. In May 2011, he was appointed, under examination, as an arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission to participate in the trial of major civil and commercial cases at home and abroad.

He participates in the project negotiation, contract establishment, contract drafting, examination and approval work of central enterprises, national large and medium-sized enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises for many times at home and abroad, and provides legal planning of internal legal supervision and control, risk control of enterprise management, company restructuring, equity transfer, asset restructuring and enterprise bankruptcy for central enterprises and large and medium-sized enterprises. He participates in the review and amendment of normative documents related to administrative management at provincial and ministerial levels for many times. He was and is now the permanent legal adviser of several central enterprises, domestic famous enterprises and institutions at provincial and ministerial levels and government organs. Special breakthroughs and innovations in case handling skills and litigation strategy have been made in handling major economic cases, real estate cases, criminal cases, administrative cases and non-litigation cases at home and abroad.

A dispute case between a Chinese company and a North Korean Wankang Society about barter trade creating the first judicial document of the state due to the absence of a civil commercial judicial treaty between China and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK);

A dispute among a government department and a company in Jilin and a Beijing company about contracts for financial lease which was included in the case book of the Supreme People's Court;

A foreign trade dispute between a Jilin company and Hong Kong Dan Wil Co., Ltd.;

A futures trading dispute between a Jilin company and a futures brokerage company in Beijing;

A non-litigation case concerning foreign trade between a Chinese company and Russian Far-East Trade Co., Ltd.;

A dispute case of loan guarantee contract between Jilin company and Jilin bank;

A dispute case of joint operation contract between Jilin company and Tianjin company;

A dispute case of foreign trade agency contract between a company in Beijing and a company in Zhanjiang, Guangdong;

A dispute case on loan guarantee contract between a company in Beijing and an agricultural bank in Beijing;

An administrative lawsuit between a company in Beijing and the government in Huludao;

A non-litigation case on equity transfer between a company in Beijing and a construction group company in Zhejiang province;

A non-litigation case concerning the transfer of shares between a company in Beijing and a company in Hefei, Anhui province;

An individual credit card fraud case (exempted from criminal punishment);

Suspension of Wang committing contract fraud crime (first-instance judgement: life imprisonment; second-instance judgement: fifteen-year imprisonment; final judgement: acquittal);

An administrative license case between the Ministry of Construction and a company in Shanxi Province (The Ministry of Construction eventually rescinded the decision to revoke an administrative license after a company in Shanxi filed an administrative lawsuit against The Ministry of Construction);

A administrative land dispute between the Ministry of National Resources and a citizen (The Court of Retrial eventually dropped a case brought by a citizen who was not satisfied with an administrative act of the Ministry of National Resources);
