工作经历

邵开俊律师曾在新加坡工作多年，拥有丰富的海外工作经验，并曾担任“中缅油气管道建设项目”法律服务的主办律师，为“中缅油气管道建设项目”提供全程法律服务。

值得一提的是，中缅油气管道是继中亚油气管道、中俄原油管道、海上通道之后的第四大能源进口通道，总投资额达25.4亿美元。

邵开俊律师自执业以来，共主办及参与了数十起跨境投资并购的项目，主要涉及房地产、快消品、工业制造等行业，具体案例包括但不限于：新加坡某集团公司在贵州收购酒厂的项目；新加坡某集团公司在上海收购食品公司的项目；比利时某控股公司在上海收购资产的项目；新加坡某房地产开发公司在上海收购商业用地的项目；瑞士某集团公司在上海收购厂房设备的项目；上海某集团公司收购国外某企业专利技术的项目；美国某集团公司收购上海某餐饮公司股权的项目等。

Mr. Shao Kaijun

Mr. Shao Kaijun, a Second Grade Lawyer, is the Chief Partner and Executive Director of Shanghai J&S Law Firm. He has been practicing law for nearly 20 years, and is a member of the China National Democratic Construction Association. He is one of the Thousand Talents of Lawyers Specially Handling Foreign-Related Matters of China, an internationally recognized professional mediator, an arbitrator of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission/Shanghai International Arbitration Center, an arbitrator of Shanghai Arbitration Commission, and a member of the CPPCC Shanghai Jing'an District Committee.

Education Experience

Mr. Shao Kaijun studied in the United Kingdom and graduated from the University of Exeter as an LLM in International Business Law.

Work Experience

Mr. Shao Kaijun has worked in Singapore for many years and has rich experience in overseas work. He has served as the organizing lawyer for the "China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline Construction Project", providing full legal services for the "China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline Construction Project".

It is worth mentioning that the China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline is the fourth largest energy import channel after the Central Asia oil and gas pipeline, the China-Russia crude oil pipeline and the sea corridor, with a total investment of USD2.54 billion.

Since his practice, Mr. Shao Kaijun has sponsored and participated in dozens of cross-border investment and M&A projects, mainly involving real estate, FMCG, industrial manufacturing and other industries, with specific cases including but not limited to: acquisition of a winery in Guizhou by a Singaporean group company; acquisition of a food company in Shanghai by a Singaporean group company; acquisition of assets in Shanghai by a Belgian holding company; acquisition of commercial land in Shanghai by a Singaporean real estate development company; acquisition of plant and equipment in Shanghai by a Swiss group of companies; acquisition of patented technology from a Overseas company by a group company in Shanghai; acquisition of the equity interest in a Shanghai-based restaurant company by a US group company; etc.

Honors
