陈嗣云律师2004年在香港易周律师行（Chartons）进行交流。2005年6月至2006年4月参加英国司法大臣中国青年律师赴英培训项目，在伦敦大学进修英国法律及律师实务；在伦敦罗森泊律师行（Rosenblatt）实习；在伦敦No.24 Old Building出庭律师行实习。2006年5月至6月，在香港胡百全律师行（PC Woo&Co）进行交流。2011在美国休斯大学作为访问学者，研究和学习美国知识产权法及实务。

陈嗣云律师主要从事国际投资和国际贸易法律事务、公司法律事务，工作语言为英文、中文。现在担任浙江医药股份有限公司、杭萧钢构股份有限公司、浙江物产金属集团有限公司、浙江物产物流投资有限公司、浙江省五金矿产进出口有限公司、浙江中大技术进口有限公司等上市公司和国有大型进出口公司的常年法律顾问。曾经为中国进出口银行浙江省分行、泰隆银行等金融机构提供法律服务。

Lawyer Chen made exchanges at Charltons in Hong Kong in 2004, studied British legal and lawyer practices at SOAS London, under the Lord Chancellor Training Scheme for Young Chinese Lawyers, and practiced at the Rosenblatt and No.24 old building chamber in London from June 2005 to April 2006, made exchanges at P.C. Woo & Co. in Hong Kong during May-June 2006, and studied U.S. intellectual property law and practice as a visiting scholar to the University of Houston.

Lawyer Chen deals mainly with legal affairs on international investment, international trade and companies, and works in English and Chinese. Currently, he serves as permanent legal adviser to listed companies and major state-owned import/export companies, including Zhejiang Medicine Co., Ltd., Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Metals and Materials Company, Zhejiang Materials Logistics Investment Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Metals and Miners import and export co. ltd., and Zhejiang Zhongda Technical Import Co., Ltd. He once provided legal services to financial institutions such as the Zhejiang Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China, and Zhejiang Tailong Commercial Bank.
