陈玺名律师，经济学学士、法学硕士、经济管理学博士学历，天津理工大学法政学院副教授，硕士研究生导师。

陈玺名律师已从业律师十多年，在如下领域有业务专长：金融、外商投资、国际贸易、海事海商法律事务及建筑与房地产等领域法律事务。陈律师曾主办过多件外资企业设立、并购等专项法律服务，已成功代理了多起国际贸易、海事海商、公司并购及金融领域的仲裁和诉讼案件，目前为多家外商投资企业、房地产企业及金融单位提供常年法律顾问服务。

Mr. Chen Ximing: Bachelor's Degree in Economics ;Judicial Master ; PHD of Economic Management; associate professor of the school of law and politics in Tianjin University of Technology; the supervisor of  graduate students 
Mr. Chen has been practicing as a lawyer for over ten years and has rich experiences in following areas: financing and banking ;foreign  invested matters, international trade; maritime affairs; construction and real estate . He has dealt with many matters relating to the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises; M&A in corporation. He has also successfully handled  various arbitration cases and litigation cases regarding international trade ;maritime affairs ;M &A and  financing ;
Mr. Chen is the founder of  Tianjin Ximing law firm and now is acting as the director of Management Committee of the law firm,  whose main duty is to formulate the long-term strategic  management plan . Under the lead of Mr. Chen Ximing, the law firm has been growing steadily since its foundation with its' more than 40 lawyers at present .It is a well-known comprehensive law firm not only in china but also in China, and its legal service covers not only Tianjin area but also the other parts in china as well as across the world.
