杨荣宽律师为康达律师事务所高级合伙人、法学博士、剑桥大学HOMERTON学院博士后，香港海外律师、香港办公室主任，CIArb英国皇家特许仲裁员协会会员，中国贸促会/国际商会调解员，一带一路国际商事调解中心调解员，北海仲裁委员会/北海国际仲裁院矿业仲裁员，鄂尔多斯仲裁委员会仲裁员，包头仲裁委员会仲裁员、赣州新区国际仲裁委员会仲裁员。现任康达律师事务所环境、资源、能源业务委员会主任。

杨荣宽律师结合长期司法实践，多有创造性见解，先后发表了《民法典中的绿色限定原则》、《新民事诉讼的民商事调解司法确认》等近百篇专业文章，并出版专著《法律与文学相邻》（法律出版社2020年版）、《商法的理性》（中国法律出版社2021年版）、《环保法的维度》（中国法制出版社2021年版）、《资本市场争议解决热点问题案例及分析》（社会科学文献出版社2019年版，合著）、《法律的艺术实践》（香港中华书局出版社2022年版）等，其中《跨境破产（cross-border insolvency）之法律逻辑》荣获北京市法学会国际经济法学研究会“北京国际经济法学研究会2021年年会”优秀论文奖。

Yang Rongkuan

Yang Rongkuan, a doctor of law and a postdoctoral fellow at HOMERTON College of Cambridge University, is a senior partner of Kangda Law Firm, an overseas lawyer in Hong Kong and director of the Law Firm’s office in Hong Kong, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a mediator of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade/China Chamber of International Commerce, a mediator of the International Commercial Mediation Center for the Belt and Road, an arbitrator in charge of the mining affairs of the Beihai Arbitration Commission/Beihai Court of International Arbitration, an arbitrator of the Ordos Arbitration Commission, an arbitrator of the Baotou Arbitration Commission, and an arbitrator of the International Arbitration Commission of Ganzhou New District. He is currently director of the Environment, Resources and Energy Business Committee of Kangda Law Firm.

Yang Rongkuan has studied law, economics, literature, sociology, and psychology, and is a front-line leader in the field of cross-border commercial lawyers. During his career as a lawyer for 20 years, he has provided systematic and high-quality legal services for many Fortune 500 companies and leading Chinese companies, accumulated sufficient experience in the fields of environment, resources and energy law, and represented many cases, which have been included as typical cases of the Supreme Court. He has received great attention with his down-to-earth style, broad vision, rich knowledge and outstanding achievements. With his unique legal logic, pragmatic and prudent attitude toward work, and superb adaptability and communication skills, he has won an extensive praise from the parties and the industry.

In the field of foreign affairs, Yang Rongkuan has been invited to attend the 2019 BRICS Conference in Brazil, the 2019 7th China-Japan-ROK Business Summit, the 2019 Wall Street Journal’s Asia Pacific Technology Summit in Hong Kong, and the 2019 China-Brazil Trade and Investment Opportunities Seminar, etc. He, on behalf of the Hong Kong branch of Kangda, has established a strategic partnership with Goasone & Partners in Vietnam, Brevet Intellectual Property Research Firm in India, Ebrahim Hassan Al Mulla and Partners in the United Arab Emirates and other world-renowned cross-border legal service institutions. He has established the "China-Arab Cross-border Commercial Law Research Center", "Greater Bay Area Cross-border Lawyers College", "Guangdong-Hong Kong Commercial Dispute Research Center", etc., aiming at providing basic and forward-looking research for internationalization and openness of legal services, cross-border commercial legal protection, promotion of the integration of legal systems. Hong Kong branch of Kangda has been included in the "2021 Integrity Unit Glorious List", selected as the typical case of the "First Lawyers' Public Welfare (Social Responsibility) on Donations to Schools", and won a honorary title of the "2020 Annual Model Law Firm for Commercial Legal Construction".

With long-term judicial practice and his creative insights, Yang Rongkuan has published nearly 100 professional articles such as Green Restriction Principles in the Civil Code, Judicial Confirmation of Civil and Commercial Mediation of the New Civil Procedure Law, and published the monograph Law and Literature Adjacent (Law Press·China, Edition 2020), Rationality of Commercial Law (Law Press·China, Edition 2021), Dimensions of Environmental Protection Law (Law Press·China, Edition 2021), and Capital Market Dispute Resolution: Analysis of High-profile Cases (Social Sciences Academic Press, Edition 2019, Co-authored), Artistic Practice of Law (Chung Hwa Book Company (Hong Kong) Press, Edition 2022), and Legal Logic of Cross-border Insolvency, with which he won the outstanding paper award of the "2021 Annual Conference of the Beijing International Economic Law Research Association" of the Beijing Law Society International Economic Law Research Association.
