工作经历
1992年于北京外国语大学毕业后，就职于新华社对外部，任中央外事新闻记者；1996年起入职中央电视台新闻中心，先后任记者、《新闻30分》栏目责编、大型直播策划编导等职务；2003年取得中国人民大学民商法硕士学位，同年通过国家司法考试；2004年进入北京市京都律师事务所，专职律师；2009年转入北京市盈科律师事务所，致力于国际业务的开拓，负责国际业务部的组建和管理；2010-2011年，经全国律师协会推荐及英国律师公会的选拔，前往伦敦及伯明翰参加了为期十个月的“英国大法官办公室-中国青年律师培训项目”，与英国律师共同工作，接触办理法律事务全部流程，并先后在数位皇家御用大律师的亲自指导下，参与案件的谈判、诉讼、仲裁及调解。对英美法律体系、国际客户需求、英美律师的工作规范进行了较深入的了解，与英、法、意、匈、中东及非洲部分国家和地区的法律界、工商界人士建立了广泛的联系；郭庆律师在英学习和工作期间，考察和筹建了盈科律师所维罗纳及伦敦分所，获得全球知名法律刊物英国《律师》杂志封面报道；2012年，郭庆律师重新加盟京都律师事务所。 　 
郭庆律师能用熟练的英语工作，担任多家国际组织、跨国公司、外国公司、外资企业及合资企业常年法律顾问，起草、审核法律文件；曾为多国驻华使馆提供法律咨询；为外国律师事务所承办的案件提供中国专家意见；承办了大量涉外民商业务及跨境纠纷解决案件，积累了丰富的涉外业务经验。

Catherine is a specialist in Chinese civil and commercial laws. She has been concentrating on corporate legal affairs and commercial dispute resolution and her clients include government organs, companies and individuals from the UK, US, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Finland, Australia, Italy, Hungary, Poland, South Africa, North Korea, Thailand and other countries. 
Catherine started her lawyer’s career in King and Capital in 2004. She moved to Beijing Yingke Law Firm in 2009 as partner responsible for the establishment and operation of its International Department. She was recommended by the Chinese Ministry of Justice and selected by The Law Society of England and Wales to participate in a 10-month Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme (LCTS) for young Chinese lawyers. Catherine did preparation work for setting up Yingke’s Verona and London branch offices during her stay in the UK and the offices were both opened in 2011. 
Catherine re-joined King and Capital in 2012. Before beginning her legal practice in 2003, Catherine worked as a journalist in the New China News Agency and China Central Television (CCTV) for 10 years. 
Catherine has been working as legal counsel for a number of international organizations, foreign invested companies and joint ventures, assisting her clients to draft, check and review contracts and other legal documents. She has provided Chinese expert legal opinions at request of several foreign Embassies to China and some foreign law firms. Catherine has also obtained profound experiences in cross-border dispute resolution by cooperating with foreign solicitors and barristers.
