林鹏鸠先生，辽宁天腾律师事务所专职律师；
1988年本科毕业于大连海事大学航海学院船舶驾驶专业；
1991年大连海事大学海商法研究生毕业，并获吉林大学法学硕士学位；1991年开始在大连海事大学法学院从事海商法教学并兼职从事法律服务工作；

Lin Pengjiu
Mr. Lin Pengjiu, a qualified lawyer with Tytop Law Firm in Dalian, Liaoning Province, P.R.China.
He graduated from Navigation College of Dalian Maritime University (“DMU”) in 1988, post-graduated from College of Law of the DMU and obtained L.L.M degree from Jinlin University in 1991. Thereafter, He had lectured on shipping law in the DMU while practicing law in P.R.China.
He joined Heng Xin Law Office, Dalian, as a partner lawyer in 1998 and work there for ten years.
He, as one of the founding partners, joined the newly-established law firm Tytop Law Firm in 2008 and is working with Tytop as a qualified full time lawyer in China.
He is the co-writer of Chinese Maritime Law Dictionary and other three other books in Chinese version and also published more than 30 various articles in connection shipping, insurance or ship financing.

He is an arbitrator of China Maritime Arbitration Commission, a deputy president of Maritime Law Institution of Liaoning Law Society, as well as a member of the Chinese Maritime Association and the maritime committee of All China Lawyers Association.
