湖北得伟君尚律师事务所成立于1982年，是一家立足于湖北，以建设区域性领先律所为发展目标的合伙制、综合性律师事务所。曾先后被国家司法部、中华全国律师协会授予“部级文明律师事务所”和“全国优秀律师事务所”等荣誉称号。得伟君尚还是湖北地区唯一一家上榜国际知名律所评级机构钱伯斯律所名录的律所。

得伟君尚所总部位于湖北省省会武汉市。目前，已先后在北京、上海、湖北自贸区武汉片区、湖北自贸区宜昌片区等地设立分所。
2007年4月，作为中国华中地区唯一的一家创始成员，得伟君尚所参与发起由国内多家地区性优秀律所与境外知名国际律所共同发起创设的全球性律所间合作组织中世律所联盟（SGLA）。中世律所联盟先后被钱伯斯等多家知名国际律所评级机构定义为中国最具影响力的律所间联盟组织之一。目前，中世律所联盟成员所在中国大陆的执业机构，遍布北京、沈阳、大连、天津、济南、西安、兰州、重庆、武汉、上海、长沙、杭州、南京、南昌、昆明、广州、深圳、厦门、太原、贵阳、银川等中国大陆大部分的重要城市。与中世律所联盟各成员所的良好合作，有效地提升了得伟君尚所的服务范围和服务能力。

得伟君尚所涉外法律团队在外商直接投资，跨境并购、上市，跨境争议解决，境外投资和工程承包等领域，积累了丰富的专业经验。并在多起跨国并购、境外投资、国际工程承包等国际商业活动中，为中外客户提供了良好的法律服务。2017年，得伟君尚所被选定为第七届世界军人运动会法律服务商。
在得伟君尚所，还设有湖北省内唯一一家经湖北省商务厅认定的国际贸易摩擦法律援助平台。
为支持、配合国家发展战略，得伟君尚所先后在湖北自贸区武汉片区、湖北自贸区宜昌片区设立分所，积极探索为自由贸易试验区建设、发展，为长江经济带建设等提供法律服务的新领域、新思路和新方法，并取得了有益的成果。
得伟君尚律师团队
得伟君尚所现有执业律师200余人，其中合伙人57名。得伟君尚所律师绝大部分毕业于国内外知名的法学院校，大部分拥有硕士以上的学位。其中，近10名律师具有博士以上学位。得伟君尚所不少律师还拥有政府部门和司法机关的工作经历，具备相当深厚的法律功底和丰富的实践经验。除以中文为日常工作语言外，得伟君尚有不少律师还精通英文、日文、法文等主要语种。
得伟君尚所有多名律师兼具注册会计师、注册税务师、工程师等跨行业的专业资质资格。另有数名律师兼具美国纽约州等中国境外的律师执业资格。
得伟君尚所现有一名律师担任第十三届全国人民代表大会代表，一名律师受聘担任湖北省人民政府参事，一名律师担任第十二届湖北省政协委员。得伟君尚所有两名律师先后被授予全国优秀律师称号。
社会责任

Dewell & Partners Law Firm (“Dewell”), established in 1982 and based in Hubei, is a partnership law firm with the development goal of building regional leading law firm in Hubei. In April 2007, as the only founding member of Central China, Dewell and other leading law firms at home and abroad founded Sino-Global Legal Alliance (SGLA), which is recognized by international law rating agencies as one of the most influential legal alliance in China. For now, members of SGLA spread all over China, including Beijing, Shenyang, Dalian, Tianjin, Jinan, Xi’an, Chongqing, Wuhan, Shanghai, Changsha, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Nanchang, Kunming, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Taiyuan, Guiyang, Yinchuan and other important cities in China. Our main service
Dewell provide legal service in comprehensive ways. We provide legal service for international institutions, foreign investment enterprises, governments and Chinese companies. In the field of international legal service, government legal consultant, finance and capital market, corporate and commerce, finance and tax, public private partnership and so on, we are devoting ourselves as the trailblazer of regional legal service market. We are making every effort, through the commercial strategy and practical operation, providing legal service of high quality and helping clients to achieve the strategic and managing goal in the commercial and supervisory environment of China. In 2017, Dewell is also selected as the legal service provider of the 7th Military World Games.
Dewell also has the only international commercial dispute resolution legal aid platform, which is recognized by Department of Commerce of Hubei Province. For the purpose of supporting and coordinating with the national development strategy, Dewell set up its branch offices in Hubei Free Trade Zone in Wuhan and Yichang, exploring the new fields, new thoughts, new methods for legal service in construction and development in Free Trade Zone and Yangtze River Economic Belt.
Our team
Dewell has over 200 licensed lawyers, 57 of which are partners. Most lawyers in Dewell are graduated from reputable law schools at home and abroad. Over 10 lawyers have doctoral degree. Many lawyers have practiced in governments and judicial authorities, which entrust them solid and reliable legal knowledge and plentiful practical experience. Apart from Chinese as working language, many lawyers are also proficient in English, Japanese, French and other main languages.
Dewell has several lawyers who are also qualified as certified public account, certified tax agent, engineer, and patent agent. Several lawyers qualify in practicing in New York State of United States and other countries.
In Dewell, one lawyer is the 13th deputy to the National People’s Congress, one lawyer is the legal consultant of the government of Hubei Province, one lawyer is the 12th member of CPPCC of Hubei Province and two lawyers are honored with “National Outstanding Lawyer” prize.
