刘继 律师

刘继律师，中国人民大学硕士，国浩律师（北京）事务所主任、国浩律师集团执委和国浩文化传媒与体育产业法律研究中心主任，荣获2022年度LEGALBAND风云榜管理合伙人15强；受聘担任中电工程法律工作站高级法律顾问、中国保险资管协会第一和第二届股权投资专业委员会委员、中再资产和新华资产管理公司专家评委委员、国家开发银行独立委员会委员，并是国务院三峡工程九·三重大事故调查组专家。刘继律师还曾任中国人民大学、丹麦奥胡斯大学、意大利帕多瓦大学和美国圣奥拉胡大学的讲师、访问学者和访问教授。

刘继律师执业二十余年，在投资并购、基金证券、银行金融和诉讼仲裁等领域具有丰富的执业经验。

个人和事务所都获得表彰的“北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会”法律顾问；中国第一艘航母“辽宁号”前身“瓦良格号”收购交付阶段的首席法律顾问；国开等银行对上百家企业的贷款；全国社保基金对工、农、中、交和开行数百亿的战略投资；数十家企业境内外债券发行；数百家基金的募集与投资；联邦快递收购大田快递、巴克莱银行投资新华信托、德银AMC投资嘉实基金等数十起投资并购案；国瓷材料（300285）、易德龙电子（603380）等多家企业在A股和NASDAQ上市；为客户在最高院成功获得某银行5亿5千5百万的赔偿。其中，刘继律师承办的某国资钢铁集团采用VIE交易结构收购某国矿业公司的跨境并购案例入选《北京市律师协会涉外法律服务优秀案例汇编（I）》。
