—— 1993年1月，广东广信君达律师事务所成立，是广东最早设立的合作制律师事务所之一；

党建工作已成为广信君达发展的重要驱动力。2016年11月，中共广东广信君达律师事务所委员会成立，这是广东省首家律师事务所党委；2017年8月，我所党委被广东省司法厅党委确定为 “广东省律师行业党的建设工作省级示范点”；2018年7月，我所党委被全国律师行业党委授予“全国律师行业先进党组织”。

随着粤港澳大湾区规划、国家“一带一路”倡议推进，我所除现有6家境外办公室外，还将陆续在英国、俄罗斯、阿拉伯、中东、南美、东南亚及香港等国家和地区进一步布局，为我国企业“走出去”和境外投资者来华投资提供专业法律服务。
担社会责任 建美丽中国
2013年，广信君达发起“责任社会 美丽中国”公益计划，倡导中国律师参与村（社区）法律服务，以时间和专业知识承担社会责任。截至2020年6月，全所担任村（社区）法律顾问达263个，是广州市担任村（社区）法律顾问最多的律师事务所之一。

In January 1993, ETR Law Firm was established and became one of the earliest cooperative law firms in Guangdong Province;
In November 2012, ETR Law Firm was restructured into the first law firm in a form of Special General Partnership in Guangdong Province.
In June 2017, ETR Law Firm settled in the highest office building in Guangzhou, with an office area of over 7,000 square meters.

Party building has become an important driving force for the development of ETR Law Firm.
In November 2016, the Party Committee of ETR Law Firm was established, which is the first Party Committee among law firms in Guangdong Province.
Party members are the backbone of the law firm’s cultural construction. Under the leadership of Zhang Xun, our firm’s Party Secretary, our chorus participated in the theme activities like the “Constitution Propaganda Week”, which was reported by CCTV. Our firm’s Branch Secretary of the Communist Youth League led the sports team to participate in the Guangzhou Lawyers Association Games and won the first place for four consecutive years. Our firm’s Office Director of Party Committee led the debate team to participate in the provincial and municipal public prosecutor lawyer defense competition, and all awarded the best debater.
In August 2017, the Party Committee of our firm was rated as “Provincial Model of Party Building in the Lawyer Industry of Guangdong Province”;
In July 2018, our firm’s Party Committee was awarded as the “Advanced Party Organization of the National Lawyer Industry” by the Party Committee of the National Lawyer Industry.

ETR Law Firm is headquartered in Guangzhou with branches in Beijing，Shanghai, Hainan, and oversea offices in the USA , Japan, Cambodia, providing legal services for Chinese and foreign clients.
ETR Law Firm has more than 1100 employees in total, including more than 700 lawyers. Our legal services cover more than 20 fields such as finance, investment, real estate, science and technology, environmental protection, administration, litigation, etc. Our firm is capable of providing clients with integrated legal service solutions.
Our firm is actively expanding our foreign legal services. In November 2019, four lawyers participated in the China Forum on International Legal Cooperation and delivered keynote speeches; while in December, as the representatives or volunteers, 11 lawyers participated in the Global Lawyers Forum, and honored the praise by the authority.
With the “Belt and Road” initiative and the improvement of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, our firm will further expand our overseas offices to provide legal services on ODI for Chinese enterprises and FDI for foreign investors.

Serve the Country
ETR Law Firm encourages lawyers to take social responsibility. By June 2020, our lawyers have provided legal services to 263 villages (communities) in the province. Our firm’s Party Committee called on lawyers to take part in targeted poverty alleviation. They paired up with students from poor mountainous areas, donated health stations and held charity auctions to raise funds for the impoverished students.
At the beginning of 2020, with the outbreak of the COVID-19, our firm set up a COVID-19 service team to provide legal guarantee for the resumption of work and production; and mobilized the staff to donate money and participate in epidemic prevention activities in the community. Lawyer Wang Xiaohua submitted urgent bill to the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference to help solving the shortage of epidemic prevention materials such as masks and ventilators. Our firm provided two-year free legal consultation and civil litigation services for Guangdong medical workers who assisted and rescued Hubei Province; and held a special forum to discuss the response to malicious litigation in foreign countries. Our firm’s work against the epidemic was reported by Democracy & Legal System and selected by the Learning Power.
After the promulgation of the Civil Code, our firm organized lawyers to study hard, set up the propaganda team, and actively participated in the publicity activities organized by provinces and municipalities, so that the people can know and be familiar with the Civil Code.
Since the establishment of ETR Law Firm, with excellent teams, qualified service and standardized operations, we have been awarded the honorary title of “National Civilized Service Window of Legal Service Industry” and “Ministerial Civilized Law Firm” by the Ministry of Justice, the “National Excellent Law Firm” and other honorary titles by the National Bar Association, and named as “the Best Law Firm in South China” by Asian Law Magazine (ALB) and other organizations for years. We were the only perennial legal counsel for the 16th (Guangzhou) Asian Games .
