SINCERE PARTNERS & ATTORNEYS (SINCERE) was established in 1993, among China’s first partnership law firms with good reputation, engages services in the wide range of banking, insurance, corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, overseas direct investment, human resources and employment, IP protection strategies, civil engineering and real estate, foreign-related litigation about marriage and family issues, trust , and dispute resolutions including foreign-related litigation and arbitration.
With its dedicated team of professional lawyers based in Shenzhen, SINCERE offers commercial and legal services for foreign and domestic clients with regional, national and international interests. 王立律师
王立律师系广东星辰律师事务所高级合伙人，复旦大学法学硕士。王立律师先后任职于深圳市人大常委会法工委和深圳市保税区管理局，具有立法工作经验和行政执法工作经验，擅长于房地产法、公司法、涉外民商事诉讼和仲裁。
母健荣律师
母健荣博士系广东星辰律师事务所高级合伙人，香港城市大学法学博士、芝加哥肯特法学院法学硕士。母健荣律师曾参与大量外商投资及国际商事交易项目，擅长公司法、民商事诉讼与仲裁、国际商事争议解决。
楼洪律师
楼洪博士系广东星辰律师事务所高级合伙人，香港城市大学法学博士，深圳市“孔雀计划”海外高层次人才。楼洪博士擅长知识产权法、信息网络法、金融法、公司法及涉外民商事诉讼与仲裁。
唐志峰律师
唐志峰律师系广东星辰律师事务所合伙人，香港分所执行合伙人，香港浸会大学社会学硕士，武汉大学经济法硕士。唐志锋律师曾为多家金融机构、证券公司、中外企业等提供法律服务。唐志锋律师擅长公司法、基金法、并购和重组、民商事诉讼等。

Mr. LAN Caiming, Alan
Mr. LAN Caiming is a senior partner of SINCERE and is the managing partner of the firm’s office in Hong Kong. He graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law. Mr. Lan has been engaged in legal profession for more than 30 years and specialized in the field of Investment Law, M&A and commercial disputes resolution. He was the founder of the Belt and Road Lawyers Alliance and the Belt and Road International Lawyers Union Limited in Hong Kong in 2014 and was committed to the construction of a foreign-related legal service platform.
Mr. WANG Li, Leo
Mr. WANG Li is a senior partner of SINCERE and holds a Master’s degree in Law from Fudan University. Mr. Wang has served for 5 years in the Legislative Affairs Commission, the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Congress and 3 years in Shenzhen Free Trade Zone Administration. Mr. Wang specializes in Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, PE Law, foreign related civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Dr. MU Jianrong, Nancy
Dr. MU Jianrong is a senior partner of SINCERE and holds a Doctor of Juridical Science. Dr. Mu has participated in a large number of foreign investment and international commercial transaction projects. She specializes in Company Law, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration and international commercial dispute resolutions.
Dr. LOU Hong
Dr. LOU Hong is a Senior Partner of SINCERE and holds a Doctor of Juridical Science from City University of Hong Kong and was qualified as the “Peacock Plan” Fellow of High-Level Oversea Talent, by the Shenzhen Government. Dr. Lou specializes in Intellectual Property Law, Internet Law, Financial Law, Company Law and foreign related civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.
Mr. TANG Zhifeng
Mr. TANG Zhifeng is a partner of SINCERE and is vice managing partner of the firm’s office in Hong Kong. He holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Hong Kong Baptist University and a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Wuhan University. Mr. Tang has provided legal services for foreign and domestic financial institutions and securities companies. Mr. Tang specializes in Corporate Law, PE Law, mergers and reorganizations and civil and commercial litigation.
Mrs. LIU Yuan
