吴凯 律师
吴凯律师现任广东恒益律师事务所合伙人。吴凯律师先后毕业于国内中山大学、英国格拉斯哥大学，并获得国际法硕士、反垄断法硕士学位。
吴凯律师长期从事跨境投资、并购、境外上市、公司法、反垄断法、商业诉讼、仲裁等法律事务，执业经验丰富。
2013年，吴律师获全国律师协会选为“涉外律师领军人才”，先后被派往德国、美国等地进行跨国投资并购法律培训及交流。2017年，吴律师入选全国律师协会“一带一路跨境律师库”。
吴律师现时亦兼任广东省律协竞争与反垄断委员会副主任、广州市律师协会公平贸易法律专业委员会副主任、广州市政府下属的国际投资促进中心的外聘专家顾问等社会职务。

Mr. Raymond Wu
Mr. Raymond Wu is a senior partner of GFE Law Office in Guangzhou, China, which has been recommended by Legal 500 as one of the leading law firms in Guangzhou. Mr. Wu used to graduate from Sun Yet Sen University in China and Glasgow University in UK respectively with Master Degree of International Laws and Master Degree of International Competition Laws and Policies
Mr. Wu mainly practices corporate and commercial laws. His specializations include cross-border investment and transaction, overseas listing, antimonopoly legal affairs, general corporate legal affairs, commercial litigation and arbitration.
Mr. Wu was elected as one of the leading Chinese lawyer talents practicing foreign related legal affairs by All China Lawyers Association (“ACLA”) and assigned to Germany and US for professional training and exchange program for Chinese lawyers in 2013 and 2016 respectively. In 2017，he was enrolled to the “Cross-border Transaction Lawyers Pool for China’s Belt and Road initiatives”by ACLA.
Currently, Mr. Wu is the vice director of Competition and Anti-monopoly Committee under Guangdong Lawyers Association, vice director of Fair Trade Laws Committee under Guangzhou Lawyers Association, and external expert counsel for International Investment Promotion Center under Guangzhou Municipal Government.
Mr. Wu’s working languages are Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
